HOW IT STARTED

The first thought of being salon owners was an intimidating one- but we knew together, with our knowledge of the beauty industry, business, our drive to succeed, and a little push from our loved ones, we could make it happen. We first walked into 236 N Broadway in 2022, and it was a fully functioning dry cleaning business; yet through the racks of clothes, and the ridiculous number of pipes and machines, we knew in our guts, this was just the place we were looking for. Some would have seen this space and ran, and at times, honestly, we wanted to; but instead, we embraced every opportunity and obstacle we were given. We spent months and months focusing on every detail to bring you today’s Boho Beauty.

WHY WE’RE HERE

From day one, we knew we wanted Boho Beauty to be a place everyone felt welcome. Collectively, we have 35+ years of experience, and we are all still just as passionate about what we do today as we were the day we started. We truly just love our clients and our professions and want to share that with every single one of you. Boho Beauty is a place where you can feel this passion and commitment from the staff and don’t feel like just a number. It is a place where we as professionals can focus on bettering our craft, working hard, and delivering the best possible results to our clients, all while including you in our happy, kind of crazy, family atmosphere,

WHY BOHO

The most common question we get asked is “Why Boho?” and to be honest, it just worked. We had at LEAST 10 different (terrible) names before choosing Boho Beauty. We could go on and on, but the simple answer, as Danielle likes to say, is “it’s a vibe”. The actual definition of boho means socially unconventional, in a way regarded as characteristic of creative artists, and that’s what we all are. We didn’t want to blend into the salons around us- we wanted to have our own unique atmosphere.
